Growing

We grow a wide variety of vegetables and some fruit and flowers using no chemical pesticides or fertilizers. Here is a list of what we harvest by season:

Spring:

Arugula, Asparagus, Beets, Broccoli, Carrots, Green Onions, Herbs, Kale, Lettuce, Shiitake Mushrooms, Mustard Greens, Radishes, Rhubarb, Spinach, Strawberries, Swiss Chard

Summer:

Arugula, Blackberries, Blueberries, Cucumber, Eggplant, Green Beans, Herbs, Hot Peppers, Leeks, Mustard Greens, Peas, Radishes, Raspberries, Summer Squash, Sweet Peppers, Swiss Chard, Tomatillos, Tomatoes, Watermelon, Zucchini

Fall:
